Terms of use

The ring, and its edge

On this page

These terms cover the apps built by KEPLER WOLF LIMITED and the pages on this site. By using an app, or by writing to the studio, you accept the limits below. If you do not accept them, do not use the app and do not rely on the assistant. The date above is the effective date of the text in front of you.

The work

The studio has built mobile apps for years. Each product is made for iOS and Android. The work runs through behavior, design, build, testing, release, and later updates. Both platforms follow one shared plan. A feature described for the product is meant for both, with the controls and type that belong to each system. A screen that exists on only one arc, without a reason written on the chart, is unfinished work, not a quieter rule.

Nothing on this site is a promise to build a specific product for you until the studio writes back and agrees. The pages describe how the studio works and where the boundary sits. They are not a catalogue of clients, and they are not a contract by themselves.

What the apps hold

The apps build no personal profile. They do not take your name, email, phone number, contacts, or precise location in order to describe you. Users do not send personal data to each other. There is no exchange between people using the app. Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The only identifying item is a unique id, used so an install can be attributed and so a notification you allowed can be delivered.

Singular receives that unique id for attribution. OneSignal receives it, with the system push token, when you allow notifications. Neither service is a channel between users. The privacy note says the same facts at greater length. If these terms and that note ever seem to disagree, the narrower reading wins: the product does not gain a new right to your name, inbox, phone book, or precise place by a loose sentence here.

The assistant

The in-app assistant can talk with you. It is not a human. It is not professional advice. A reply may be incomplete or wrong. It does not replace your own judgment, and it does not create a duty of care. What you write is used only to answer you. It is not passed to other users. Do not use the assistant for emergencies, for medical or legal decisions, or for anything where a wrong sentence would harm someone.

You may ask about the tasks the app is built to handle. You may not treat a fluent answer as a specialist's opinion, and you may not present that answer as a statement from KEPLER WOLF LIMITED. The assistant speaks inside the product. It does not speak for the studio, and the studio does not sit behind the glass waiting to take over the thread. The same limits bind the iOS build and the Android build.

Acceptable use

Use the apps for the tasks they are built to perform. Do not attempt to break the app, probe it for other people's data, or send the assistant content that is unlawful. Do not pretend to be the studio. The unique id is an install marker, not a credential you may sell, publish, or use to single out another person. You may not use the Singular or OneSignal paths, as the app exposes them, to follow someone else.

Do not try to turn the product into a mailbox between users. There is no such mailbox, and attempting to build one on top of the assistant, the unique id, or a push token is outside these terms. Do not upload or paste material you have no right to send, and do not use the app to harass a person. The studio may refuse a conversation by email that asks it to help with any of that.

Availability

The studio aims to keep released apps usable, and it ships updates when a fix or a change is ready. Stores, operating systems, Singular, OneSignal, and networks can fail or change their rules. An app may be unavailable for a period. The assistant may be slow or silent. Nothing on this site promises uninterrupted service, a particular release date, or that a future update will keep every current screen exactly as it is.

A release can remove a task that no longer belongs on the chart. When that happens, the privacy note and these terms change with it if the boundary moves. Availability is an effort, not a warranty that every ring stays lit. You should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose, because the apps are not a storage vault for your life.

This site

The pages here describe the studio and the privacy rules. Contact is by email to [email protected]. The contact form only opens your mail client and places your words in the message. It is not a hosted inbox, and this site does not store the form. The developer named for that mail is KEPLER WOLF LIMITED.

Changes

The studio may change these terms, the privacy note, or the apps. The effective date on this page shows the version you are reading. Continued use after a published change means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using the app and write to the developer. An older screenshot of this page is not the current text. Check the date before you rely on a sentence you saved.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved by writing to the developer. Send a clear account of what happened to KEPLER WOLF LIMITED at [email protected] and allow time for a reply. Say which app you mean, what you expected, and what occurred instead. The studio will answer in writing. These terms do not hand the dispute to a public comments thread, to a store review, or to another user of the app.

Writing first is the path. It is not a decoration under a louder process. If the matter concerns the assistant, include what you asked and what it replied, and remember that the reply was not professional advice and not a human's promise. If the matter concerns Singular, OneSignal, or the unique id, say so plainly. The studio would rather read a specific letter than guess which ring you mean.
